We had a great stay at Hotel Perla in Krakow. The hotel had a convenient location and free parking, which was a huge plus for us as we were driving. The room was very clean and modern-looking, and we felt comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a broad selection of meals, and they even refilled the food right before closing. The staff was friendly and we had no issues with checking in or out. The free wifi was also stable and fast enough for our needs. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a great value stay in Krakow.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the suburbs of Krakow. Despite being slightly out of the centre, it is well-connected to public transport with buses running right outside and connecting to the excellent tram network. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a good WiFi signal. The breakfast spread includes delicious traditional Easter food and is included in the price, making it great value for money.

The location was quite unconfortable for traveling to city centre. We selected this hotel because of parking availability. When we went to the centre in the evening by public transport it was quite unconfortable to get back to hotel - long intervals of buses, not clear which one to use and where to step out. Finally we solved this by parking shopping park near center (free of charge) or closer to the center (free of charge and available by tram).

Hotel Perla in Krakow has a great location and provides excellent service. The rooms are reasonably spacious, clean, and offer good value for the price. The hotel offers rooms with two twin beds and a strong WiFi signal.

This venue is situated in a peaceful location just 4 km away from a contemporary-style Catholic basilica and is conveniently 13 minutes drive to the airport, located on the outskirts of the city.

I couldn't believe it when I found myself locked in my room at Perla Hotel. It was a shocking experience, but the staff handled the situation professionally and called the police. We had to go to the police station and give statements, but the hotel assured us they would refund any damage once the investigation was complete. Although it was a difficult situation, the staff's assistance was appreciated.
